Much needed rest

Hello peoples!!!how have you all been holding up?
Sorry for the lack of updates on this blog...truth is...we've been extremely busy...not with the band but with our own lives...havent seen the rest of the band mates for like 3 weeks now...(with exception to the Bird..of whom i had lunch with the other day...)
for all of you who have no idea yet, Altered Frequency is officially on a break for the rest of 2009....reason being..We're just really really really tired... :)
We realised that its about time where we take a step back from all the usual hoo-ha's on gigging, and recording stuff...its time for us to start sitting back and thinking about our direction as a band...are we trully still running the vision AF set 9 years ago...
A good time of rest and reflection... :)
I am personally missing the gigging life already...i mean not like we used to gig every week...haha...but the sheer feeling of anxiety just before heading out on stage...and just the thoughts and ideas flowign through your mind before you start a song...personally..cant wait to gig again...

Please do not stop visitting this blog tho..we will be updating from time to time on the updates of the band and its material....
